EmpowerHer Together is a monthly membership designed for mothers and daughters to connect, grow, and engage in a supportive community. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

As a member, you will receive access to:

• Mom coffee and happy hour gatherings
• Monthly newsletters with resources and activities
• Monthly parenting seminar/workshop (times and locations TBD)
• Inspirational SMS messages
• Exclusive tips from professional coaches
• Member highlight newsletter
• Giving back opportunities
• Monthly yoga in the park

3. Subscription Fees and Billing

• The membership fee is billed on a recurring monthly basis.
• Payment is required at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Members are responsible for keeping their payment information up to date.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.
• Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
• Upon cancellation, members will continue to have access until the end of their current billing period.

5. Event Participation

• Events and workshops are subject to availability and scheduling changes.
• Some events may require advance registration due to capacity limitations.

• The organization reserves the right to terminate membership if a member violates these guidelines.

• Continued use of the membership after changes take effect constitutes agreement to the revised terms.

9. Liability Waiver
