We’re so excited for this Sunday’s Empower Her Chandler Chapter Meetup and can’t wait to spend another meaningful afternoon together! 💕

This week’s Module 9 theme is: Strong Emotions — Safe Expression

Together, we’ll help pre-teen girls learn how to:

✔ Understand and express emotions in healthy ways
✔ Build confidence and self-control
✔ Use words that heal instead of hurt
✔ Feel seen, heard, and empowered

Through fun activities, discussion, and connection, girls will learn that all feelings are normal and that they have the power to choose safe, healthy responses when emotions feel big.

Moms — this is for you too. Come connect with other moms, encourage one another, and be part of a supportive community raising strong and confident girls together.
