About the Event:

EmpowerHER Masterclass

For Girls Ages 8-18

Introduction:

Join our Teens EmpowerHER Masterclass, a monthly program designed to empower pre-teen and teen girls through guided personal growth. Led by a licensed therapist, this program is tailored to help young girls build self-esteem, set values, and establish healthy boundaries.

Drinks & Snacks Provided each meeting

Ceremony (to celebrate their accomplishment in the program)
Once a month parent/guardian support night offered on Zoom

Monthly Master Class Sessions:

Meets once a month
Each session lasts 1.5 – 2 hours
Structured guidance and support throughout the school year

Guided Growth:

Utilizes the EmpowerHER Guided Journal as a roadmap for personal development

Supplemental Events:

• Team-building activities
• Community service opportunities
• Social gatherings for mothers, daughters, and families
• The Breakthrough Conference

Parental Involvement:

Engage in meaningful activities designed to foster loving relationships within the family
